I'm a business woman running my own company which helps professional women to rediscover what really matters to them and to take actions to lead a more fulfilling life as a result.

I work with professional women aged 40 plus who are so busy juggling the many roles in their lives that they've lost sight of who they are. I help professional women to find their passion, follow their path and fulfil their purpose.

My career has been in communication in the private, public and voluntary sector organisations. I started out in public relations both in-house (Argos) and with an agency. I moved onto sales and marketing in the financial services sector (Forward Trust - part of HSBC bank group). After a year off to travel the world I became a fundraiser with an environmental charity (Groundwork) and young women's charity (YWCA). Then I ended up in the public sector working for a government agency called the Countryside Agency (advising the government on the countryside and rural issues) firstly as a fundraiser, then managing a team of communications professionals and finally in a small change management team, supporting staff through major change by coaching them, commuinicating with them and getting them involved in the change process.
